Isabelle is the CEO of IBC Paper Training, leader in training courses in the tissue industry and specialized in innovative digital solutions, making sure you train your staff actively.

She is a paper engineer, passionate about learning pedagogy and neurosciences. She always likes to innovate in training facilitations so that learners can better understand the theory themselves and better grasp the concepts, techniques and optimizations of their workstations.

She has been working in the field for the past 18 years, elaborating training methods based on adult pedagogy and neurosciences.

Isabelle is always thriving to create the best training contents and is always on the lookout for new technologies, may they be in the e-learning or neurosciences fields : she spends a lot of time doing research to make sure IBC Paper Training stays on the top of the game and only has the best training solutions to offer to their customers.

She comes from an admin background, having worked in various areas such as arts and crafts and pharmaceuticals. She is

coaching French paper/tissue engineers to help them to improve their English.
