TAPPI Women’s Summit 2025: #AccelerateAction

TAPPI’s Women’s Summit 2025, May 3rd  in Minneapolis, Minn., promises be a powerful, action-driven event designed to empower, educate, and accelerate women in the pulp, paper, packaging, tissue, and related industries. The event brings together professionals at all career stages to learn, share, and take meaningful steps toward leadership and impact.

  • Lightning Talks
    Three inspiring women share real stories of action, impact, and leadership—offering valuable lessons and motivation for attendees looking to drive change in their own careers.
  • Interactive Workshops
    Three hands-on sessions designed to equip participants with practical skills and strategies:
    • Workshop #1: "Turning Ideas into Action: A Personal Acceleration Plan"
      Attendees will create customized roadmaps for their next big career or leadership move, ensuring they leave with clear steps to put their ideas into motion.
  • Workshop #2: "Negotiation & Influence for Women: Own the Room"
    This interactive session will provide strategies for effective negotiation and influence, helping women confidently advocate for themselves and their careers.
  • Workshop #3: "Dismantling Bias: Actions for Change"
    Through role-playing real-world challenges, participants will develop skills to recognize, address, and dismantle bias in the workplace.
  • Networking Reception (6:00 PM - 7:00 PM)
